9/2/25 Diana , has been a great manager - I've know her for 5 years. whenever, I need assistance she is right there. I will miss her kindness, professionalism , and her get right on it style. Take care of yourself, and I wish you all the best in your future endeavors. I met Francine for the first time, and I can see she has the same spirt and professionalism, look forward to reaching out to her, if I need assistance. I have been a resident of Villas on Bell, for four years now. And I just wanted to say, this is a great place to live, I have had no issues or problems with staying here. The management is great - Diana and Angelina are a dream come true, they are very passionate about their work, they have treated me with the up most respect, and make sure, if I have any maintenance issues - they are taken care of within 24hrs. I believe upper management should look at these two Indvidual's and know that they have been blessed, that they have such a great team at the Villas.

Great place to be . Apartments are very spacious and laid out very nicely. Smaller complex which is nice to get around.

Villas on Bell is amazing! I will always refer people here. Kay and Diana are so professional and kind. I just love this property and staff!!

Absolutely loved living here ! Very quiet community and super close to everything you need , including a convinces tote and grocery store within walking distance. The best part was the on-site management.Diana is very kind and understanding ! She was always so willing to help. The maintenance staff was amazing as well . They manage to keep the property so clean everyday , answered maintenance requests fast that’s including the pool ! Sad when I had to leave due to starting a new job 😩 hoping my next place is as great as this one !
