Honestly the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Definitely recommend. The staff and maintenance are always so friendly and helpful. Not to mention and apartments are really nice on the inside it will make you feel like home.

I just recently moved in a week ago. I chose this apartment complex due to the staff. I had an extensive search for an apartment when I moved here and it came down to three locations and it was Angelina that was the deciding factor. She was very thorough, followed up on my emails and called me to discuss appropriately. She made the transition from out of state very smooth. Upon move in maintenance was very quick about helping me understand and setup my appliances, showed me where the breakers were, and adjusted my water heater. The last complex I lived at I had the same community manager for the entire four years that I lived there and Im hoping to have the same here with Angelina. I look forward to living here for an extended period of time and given the experience thus far I am very pleased with the decision.

Angelina and Francine are on it in the office here!!! Look pet's got toys free!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! Also this had been the best apartments when it comes to maintenance request when I put one in they are here some times with in an hr but alway by the following business day! The best part is it's quite! No kids running a muk and screaming or fighting people ect. This has been my most favorite apartment I've ever lived!!

Ben, the manager, is very responsive and helpful. She always addresses any issues professionally on a timely manner. Overall, the apartment complex is well-maintained and a good place to live!

We’ve lived at The Villas on Bell for over 10 years, and it’s been a great experience. The property is always clean and well maintained, and the staff are professional and genuinely care about helping residents. It’s a quiet, comfortable community that feels safe and welcoming. We’re happy to call it home after all these years.
