My husband and I have lived here for two years now and I can't say enough good things about it. If we ever have an issue we can bring it to the attention of the staff and it is taken care of swiftly and effectively. There are the regular apartment living things like being able to hear your louder neighbors etc but that just comes with being in an apartment. I really appreciate how well maintained the grounds are and the staff always do their best to keep the residents informed when there are water shut offs for maintenance and such. This is the best apartment complex I've lived at in the valley and can't recommend it enough.

This place is amazing! Diana and Angelina are very kind, extremely professional, and treat you the way you want to be treated! Like family!!! I would recommend The Villas on Bell to anyone!

Angelina is such an amazing person, she has helped my family from the day I went in for a tour to the day I signed my lease. She truly goes above and beyond to help. She made us feel welcomed, comfortable and was always there to help with any questions or concerns, even till this day she is always so helpful and understanding! I do recommend these apartments as well. It’s a nice and clean environment, the complex is so chill and you feel comfortable. We’re happy and we’ve had a great experience so far!
