I have been a resident of Villas on Bell, for four years now. And I just wanted to say, this is a great place to live, I have had no issues or problems with staying here. The management is great - Diana and Angelina are a dream come true, they are very passionate about their work, they have treated me with the up most respect, and make sure, if I have any maintenance issues - they are taken care of within 24hrs. I believe upper management should look at these two Indvidual's and know that they have been blessed, that they have such a great team at the Villas.

Absolutely loved living here ! Very quiet community and super close to everything you need , including a convinces tote and grocery store within walking distance. The best part was the on-site management.Diana is very kind and understanding ! She was always so willing to help. The maintenance staff was amazing as well . They manage to keep the property so clean everyday , answered maintenance requests fast that’s including the pool ! Sad when I had to leave due to starting a new job 😩 hoping my next place is as great as this one !

I haven’t been involved with renting an apartment in 50 years. Needless to say I was a bit nervous. The office staff walked me through everything answering all my questions and I couldn’t be happier. The apartment complex is well maintained and inviting. Any concerns have been dealt with in a timely manner. I couldn’t be happier!

Really nice place, spacious rooms, maintance jose and G is always on time, office staff is courteous and always has a smile on their face. Well kept, neat and tidy 24/7. Lived here for 5 years with no issues. Good for family type apartments and quite ppl living. Landlord Christine is very detailed w/paperwork ❤️ , prompt and sweet as a peach the company is lucky to have her and the other staff on their team. Hope it stays this way in future.

Really well done apartments. Pretty decent size. 2 bedroom could definitely accommodate a family of 3 maybe 4 with young children. Rent is a little steep in price but the markets fluctuate I guess.

I just moved in here less than a week ago, and I absolutely love this community. Christina and Diana in the leasing office really strive to make you feel welcomed and heard. They did so much for me in helping with the move in process and always answered my questions with care. You can really tell they value all their residents. On top of that, my apartment is beautiful! Everything was clean, no broken fixtures, all appliances working and nothing needs to be fixed upon moving in. I know I made a great choice coming here.

I looked at over 20 complexes in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area before happening upon Villas on Bell. Allow me to say that with the exception of one other prospective place (located in Scottsdale), the leasing staffs at those places acted as if they were doing ME a favor to show their spaces to me, and only cared about getting me in and out as soon as possible. It wasn't until I met Diana Chavez and Christina King at Villas that I actually felt welcomed, and wanted as a desirable resident in their environment. I was taken aback by the friendliness and professionalism which I hadn't experienced in 95% of other complexes I visited. Once a suitable vacancy became available, they promptly called me, and cordially invited me to join them here...I am very happy I did. Not only did they walk me through all necessary paperwork, but also went out of their way to make potential roadblocks disappear, and make my transition as seamless, and as stress-free as humanly possible. After six months, they still do! I do not use the word "humanly" lightly because the management and staff here are 180 degrees opposite to other similarly positioned complex reps who simply punch the clock 9a-6p and take your keys once you leave. These folks are HUMAN, and they sincerely CARE, and in my considerable life experience, it isn't the building, the space the location or the amenities that MAKE a place hum pleasantly (which is NOT to imply that the atmosphere here is not enjoyable because it truly IS) but it's the PEOPLE who are the life's blood of a place, and these folks allow me to smile sincerely whenever I engage with them, and make it so easy for me to call Villas on Bell "home". I am so grateful to have found them!

After a living nightmare at our last complex, this was almost like a living in a dream world to move here. Christina is personable, friendly and very inviting individual to work with. She made us feel welcome and wanted as a tenant. She always takes time to listen and have a conversation, not tell us to leave and we can move if we don’t like it like out last complex. Dianna has always been very professional and cordial with us as well. We just moved in and look forward to living here and making this our home. I am about to sign my sixth annual lease agreement at the Villas on Bell. Recently, I was thinking about the past six years here and what a difference there is now as compared to when I first moved in. There has been one constant in the time that I have lived here and that one thing is Jose, the Maintenance Supervisor. The work ethic of this one man is nothing short of extraordinary! Regardless of the circumstances or the timing, he is on site when he needs to be. He doesn't push work off on subordinates because it's more convenient for him to do that instead of being on the property. He schedules the needed resources and then is here to correct the situation and to make sure it is completed in the most efficient manner possible. Jose is a TRUE PROFESSIONAL and we are all lucky to have him!! For quite a few years, I made a point of not interacting with the office staff unless it was absolutely necessary. The office manager came to work with a scowl on her face and left work with an even bigger scowl. Her attitude and demeanor hung over the complex like a layer of pollution affecting everybody that came in contact and life was not good. Fortunately, that staffing error was eventually corrected which brings me to today. To whoever hired Christina and Diana, THANK YOU! Christiana is like a huge blast of everything that was missing here for so many years! She smiles, she laughs and jokes, she's professional and she cares! Diana is definitely taking her cues from Christina because the two of them together make for an absolutely wonderful team. I have seen more change here in the past year or so then during all the rest of the time I have lived here. If I could rate this review higher than five stars, I would do so without hesitation! The Villas on Bell are finally beginning to feel like home!!
