Renting there. Great maintenance.

Really nice place, spacious rooms, maintance jose and G is always on time, office staff is courteous and always has a smile on their face. Well kept, neat and tidy 24/7. Lived here for 5 years with no issues. Good for family type apartments and quite ppl living. Landlord Christine is very detailed w/paperwork ❤️ , prompt and sweet as a peach the company is lucky to have her and the other staff on their team. Hope it stays this way in future.

I just moved in here less than a week ago, and I absolutely love this community. Christina and Diana in the leasing office really strive to make you feel welcomed and heard. They did so much for me in helping with the move in process and always answered my questions with care. You can really tell they value all their residents. On top of that, my apartment is beautiful! Everything was clean, no broken fixtures, all appliances working and nothing needs to be fixed upon moving in. I know I made a great choice coming here.

Clean & Quiet complex

Villas on Bell is amazing place to live. Christina and her staff are wonderful professionals and very knowledgeable. Their customer service is unmatched and i highly recommend them.

My family and me living here so great, since 2020 we moving to this place and this apartment offers well comfort, the landscape look always nice & cleaning. Kristina and Diana in the office bring all the times professional treatment to all his residents, we are super glad to select this Apartment “ Villas on Bell “ to be our home.

After a living nightmare at our last complex, this was almost like a living in a dream world to move here. Christina is personable, friendly and very inviting individual to work with. She made us feel welcome and wanted as a tenant. She always takes time to listen and have a conversation, not tell us to leave and we can move if we don’t like it like out last complex. Dianna has always been very professional and cordial with us as well. We just moved in and look forward to living here and making this our home. It’s honestly so refreshing to work with people who respect you as a person and make you feel welcome and respect you as a tenant.

Christina and Diana in the office are warming and welcoming. They greet you with a smile anytime you walk in. They keep the community updated on any issues or events that are happening. G and Jose with the maintenance team are very helpful and respond quickly to any work orders that you submit. I have loved living in the community and would highly recommend this place.
